From past experiance with Shopper Drug Mart i've experiance a very good customer service help, with buy certain or specific products from the store. Business ethic are obviouly in places in the company because when you first step in to the store you are greeted by a hello of some sort. The floors are clean the shelfs are organization in product categories. Shoppers Drug Mart is almost like your local corner stores which sell lotto tickets , phones cards and even electrical devices. In a week i would probably visit the store atleast 2-3 times because of the convenients of the store and its position around my neighbourhood.

Compared to Rexall Rexall Pharma Plus, Shoppers Drug mart has a vast customer involvement and more people tend to shop at shoppers more because it is a recognizable name in Pharmaceutical needs. Shoppers Drug Mart has a bigger chain for sure, and more trustworthy because people are use to going to Shoppers to get their prescriptions filled other than Rexall. On the Contrary, Rexall Pharma Plus is not a bad pharmacy, they have gained a name, yet people seem to go more to Shoppers Drug Mart because they are more remote; whereas there is only one or two Rexall Pharma Plus available. However, Rexall is a little bit cheaper and Shoppers is a bit overpriced due to location their revenues are higher, because, Shoppers Drug Mart is easier to find, because there are so many of them. Nonetheless, aisle for aisle they provide the same condiments for your shopping need.

Hey! my name is jerome, i'm doing a blog for my business communication assignment. I have a topic of my choice and i choose shoppers drugmart because its canadian base. Just like the states i got to support our local market, founded in 1962 by Toronto pharmacist Murray Koffler, the Company has grown to a network of more than 1,180 Shoppers Drug Mart stores across Canada. The growth of the shoppers drugmart stores are pretty obvious by the vast numbers of stores on every major intersection across the GTA including canada wide. Shoppers drugmart is almost a Wal-mart for canadians, because of the number of customer it gets through out the years and the good feedbacks they recieve from customers.
